Hi all!
I'm hoping to start my pre reqs soon. A friend of mine who is a former nurse said they only take about six months, but I've been noticing that most people say they take at least a year and maybe longer. What's your experience? How long do they take? If I went to school full time, what's the shortest time I could finish them in?
Thanks for reading!

Took me a year and a half. Can't take Physiology till you take Anatomy and Chem. And I think micro had to take something first(micro was the big roadblock at our school, very impacted). I worked full time in the pre's.
Anyway, 1.5 years for the pre's, 1.5 years to get into a program and a 2 year program. So 5 years total.
Use your prereqs to learn how to study and develop good habits. These habits/strategies will get you through nursing school.
