Preparing for CNML (Certified Nurse Manager and Leader) exam?

I would like to ask for advice and guidance, from any nurse that studied and passed the CNML exam: what books did you guys use, and found useful? I keep poking the Google and ANCC, but the answers are very vague! Of course, they all offer the utra-expensive courses, but I am the type that can hold his own, and study independently! Any help, ideas, rumors??? :) Thank you, all

I've never heard of this certification. Who is the certifying body? The only similar certification I've heard of is the Nurse Executive through the ANCC.
