Hi. I recently graduated and I am prearing for my NCLEX. My school used ATI and I did well, scoring typically level 2 and 3. I am using the ATI website to study and purchased the Saunders NCLEX RN Examination Comprehensive review book as well. However my concern is that I have read several people state the Saunders book and ATI are lower level questions and don't meet up with the nclex style questions difficulty. Also I see majority say Kaplan is identical to Nclex.

Problem is that I have already spent over $400 for ATI just recently and don't want to pay for Kaplan right now.

Can anyone recommend a kaplan book they used so I don't have to dish out more cash for another review session???

And also what are your thoughts regarding which prepared you more for nclex ? Please take poll below

Took the NCLEX-RN six years ago. I purchased Saunders and never took the wrapping off the guide. I gave it away after I began with Kaplan. The title was Kaplan: Strategies, Practice, and Review. It had several full-length NCLEX-type practice exams in the back as well as practice quizzes after each chapter. It was a smaller book than Saunders, so I read it from cover to cover twice. If you purchase this guide, be sure to get the most updated version available.

An an hour and 75 questions later, I completed my transition from LPN to RN.
