Pregnancy and migrane

HI, WHAT IS THE ACCEPTABLE medication for migrane headaches during first trimester. I used to take sumatriptan 50mg, but I am reading different opinion on taking it while pregnant. Is there any other possible replacement? Tylenol is not working.
