Hello, first time post. I am currently taking my pre-requisites at NU. I am really worried about my BIO 201 A&P class. I am most certain I will receive a C or C+ grade but according to the nursing forum at NU, it is likely that receiving such a grade is not good. This class has been complete hell- I don't want to put blame on the teacher but I've spoken to most of the students in the class and the average passing test score is about 66%-75%. Some have even dropped her for BIO 202 and are willing to apply to the next cohort in October, instead of July. Test are very confusing and it's disheartening that this class has made me reevaluate my career choice.
Any insight would help in regards to applying to the program with a "C" grade would be helpful.

Well, I am truly sorry you are going through this. I understand how you feel. I am also taking the pre-reqs and now for the fact that sometimes we get great professors and we succeed, sometimes we get bad professors and we can still succeed, or fail. However, the thing is, if you do get stuck with the bad professor, you have to do what it takes to make that A, or at least a B, since that bad professor is not going anywhere! So, just either pull through, hoping you will somehow make an A or B, or make peace with a C, or drop it and retake it next time hoping you will get a better professor.

If there is still time, I would drop that class and take it with another teacher.
