Stats of Alamo College (San Antonio, TX) Nursing Students

Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

Published

Hello,

I am in my prerequisite for the nursing program at alamo colleges and I really want to keep focus and have a goal in mind for my classes. I was wondering (if you're comfortable) if you could tell me:

1) what was your prerequisite stats?

2) your teas score

3) what was the hardest prerequisite course for you and why

4) if you were admitted into the nursing program

I'm applying in the summer for Spring 2018, but I'm either done with or currently in my science/math classes.

1. 3.7

2. Taking in May

3. Stats, because I took it online and it was a difficult class for me.

4. Haven't applied yet.

Oh I just realized that stats isn't a degree requirement. Of the three science courses that are required, A&P II has been the most challenging for me. I'm not sure if it's because I'm taking two science courses at once, or a full load, it's just been a bit of a struggle for me this semester.

I was a bit confused also, but I think OP is using the word "stats" to mean grades rather than an actual Statistics course.

I did mean grades. Sorry for the confusion.

Thank you for your response. Good luck with your testing and application process.
