Hey all! 20yr old nursing pre nursing student finishing up my last general pre req(micro) and will be finished by this fall 2011. Winter 2012 I plan on Applying to as many RN and BSN schools as possible. I currently attend CSULA but do not think I will meet the cut off. I got A's in my bios, but think I screwed myself by getting B+'s in Psych, Speech, and Engl. I plan on passing Micro with an A despite the courses' level of difficulty. For this reason I think I have a better chance getting into some RN programs but I plan on applying to all im applicable to. I hope to get into a BSN program, and even plan on looking out of state. Does anyone have any recent stories, tips, reccomendations for me? and maybe share some schools/grades ect. that I should consider? even out of state shcools would be helpful. Thank you for your time!!!

You're welcome.
Hi There ooomonkeys. So did you attend this school? Or did you know anyone who has attended this school? Costly huh? How was their experience? Not that I am opposed to it because it is a christian school, but how is the student life and outlooks of the student perceptions?
I am extremely eager to get my BSN, but on a different note, I too am homosexual and have no idea how this school's ideals and teachings would affect my sanity and learning experience, or if I would outcasted because of my preferences.

Hmm why would you not make CSULAs cut? I try and apply everywhere you can. No matter what your chances are. Plus, try to volunteer or get a CNA job to boost your score for CSULA
Good luck.
