I'm in the same boat. I'm attending the Nov17th orientation, which one are you?. I have a friend that currently is taking classes there. She sent me the 2018 schedule. It looks like alot of options for class times depending on what you're taking. I have patho, philosophy, intro to medical sociology, writing for healthcare and the Baptist college experience. I may split between Spring and summer. I also have college algebra but I'm going to take that on the Aleks website.
Well it's a big difference coming from my previous school. It really makes me miss it. So far Baptist is OK I know that doesn't really help much but that's the only thing I can say. The campus is really safe. The teachers are nice some are a little different but still nice. Some of the classes they require you to take alot of people feel they are unnecessary. Honestly Patho is the only class I enjoy and I'm actually learning something in. The other 3 are like, ummm yeah, I'm here.
The teacher said the nursing division is stating people are coming over lacking proper writing skills citing and etc. So they started this class to prepare people better. It has so many people stressed out. Its only a 1 credit hour class..Both 1 credit hour classes require more time than the 3 credit ones. Everyone says the same thing. I CANT WAIT UNTIL ITS ALL OVER!

Hi!!
I was recently accepted to Baptist College of Health Sciences as a Pre Nursing student for the Spring 2018 term. I currently work in the medical field and have for about four years.
I have been looking on the forums for information about BCHS and only have found older posts from about 2 or more years ago and so I thought I would start a new one! I really love the school ! New student orientation is in a few weeks however. I did call and ask how late do their classes go until and I was told they go to about 9 PM and that they also have online courses available.
I have to work and wondered if anyone else did their pre-nursing classes here and if so, what were your hours like and do you know if they had them available from maybe 5-9 ? Did you complete all of yourl Prenursing courses online? Also, did you go to classes on the weekends?
Thank you in advance!
