Prairie View Spring 2014 Applicants

Anyone else applying to Prairie View for Spring 2014 semester? How far are you in the process? Just wanted to make a thread for us to support each other along the way. Good luck to all the applicants!

Hello all. I just received an email that I did not submit my meningitis record to the Owens Franklin health center and that I cannot enroll if not submitted. Where in the packet does it say to do this. I thought we were to have the doctor fill it out in the immunization form for CON and submit it only in packet. Or were we supposed to get a form from the doctors office. Please help

I got the same email as well. I submitted a copy of my shot records. I'm going to CON tomorrow to see what I can do.

Hi Remmie 2007!! yes we have to submit one copy of proof of meningitis to main campus along with the meningitis cover page that CON provided us. While i went to submit my documents i were told to do so. You can fax too....the fax number is given in bottom of same sheet of paper which provide details about health documents.

Thank u for responding. They did not tell me when I submitted my packet and I did not see it in the forms telling us what to submit. I guess I have to go to the doctors office tomorrow. Do anyone know what our schedule would likely be?

oh! may be they didn't notice, but did you submit your original meningitis record report because i have my original one with me and i always provide copy to the schools as required!!

You don't have to go to the CON, just send it by fax or email. I sent mine both ways.

Is anyone waiting on their financial aid to finish processing?

Yes, I'm still waiting. Hopefully they tell us what financial aid we received at orientation.

I had 4 required docs. I sent them all together on the same day last week, but only 2 have been processed. Gosh, they are slow..
