Anyone else applying to Prairie View for Spring 2014 semester? How far are you in the process? Just wanted to make a thread for us to support each other along the way. Good luck to all the applicants!

Hey ladies :) So, just to clarify... after we get the Purple App & turn it back in, then we wait for our Acceptance Letters in the mail?

After we get our Acceptance Letters (fingers crossed lol) then we have 2 weeks to accept & meet the qualifications of immunizations, CPR, etc? Just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

Also, where do we go to be drug tested & get a background check?

My mom said either room or apartment as long as reasonable price lol :bluecry1: i live in katy so commute time will be 3-4hours back and forth :dead: thats too much

Precious.Panda there are some reasonable prices apartments near the medical center I went apartment shopping and there are some good ones down there. And the commutes range from 5-10min The thing is you will need a roommate! One bedrooms aren't affordable.

The thing is even though they are affordable they are pretty old the nicer ones are more expensive so it depends on your preference just go to apartment finder.com and put in 77054 as the zip and it will show you pictures of how it looks and the prices as well.
