Prairie View A&M Nursing Applicants Spring 2013

I was wondering if anyone is applying for Prairie View A&M Nursing program for Spring 2013. I have seen previous application cycles but none for Spring 2013. If you are applying or previously applied I would love to hear from you.

I just wanna know already.

Try calling. Ask when letters will be mailed and see what she says. She doesn't know you know they been sent already

She just told me the same thing that they are still evaluating :/ I don't believe it I think it's a no.

LOL...thanks bluedolls. I felt really confident when doing my applications but now not so much. Here's my opinion, I think acceptance packets were mailed first and now denial letters. I dont see why selections are still being made if acceptance letters were sent out already. Those who got acceptance got their packets the same day. Idk...That's just me

Maybe they sent out the acceptance packets to people with the highest gpa/hesi scores first and are trying to decide right now the second group that will get in.

I just don't see why she wouldn't just tell us that they aren't going to accept anymore people. I don't think she would lie. Maybe they are still deciding.

Maybe. I thought my stats were high but who knows what's going on. I'm just waiting for the news

It's weird because this process if different from other semesters. I had read the forms from previous semesters but maybe they are doing something new this time. Nothing to do but sit and wait :banghead:

If your stats are high then i'm sure you will get in. I wonder if anyone has gotten a rejection letter yet..

Hey guys, I normally contribute to the other PV thread, but I've been following this one too, I got acceptance on Saturday and my stats were:

3.9 gpa,

My hesi was over 92% on all sections,

My classes are all completed,

And I turned in my app a week after ms. A gave me the okay to do so, especially since I was already admitted to pv main campus since december 2011....

I don't know if this was a big factor....but I hope I help a bit.

And also If I get into twu, I will take twu over pv...so that would open a spot.
