Hi there!
I have just recently been accepted into the Practical nursing program at my school, for September of 2019. The program is two years and i will be taking 6 per semester, from Monday-Friday. I have worked very hard to obtain the prerequisites for this program. Things do not come easy to me, i have to study very hard obtain good grades. I need some tips from fellow students and nurses on how to make it through the program. How intense did you all find it? What are some key tips and tricks. Thankyou!

Study EVERYTHING you cover im class as soon as you get home! This always helped me to retain what I learned that day.
Definitely get a planner. Plan every single detail of your schedule! I think the biggest problem new nursing students have is organization and time managment! These are key things (time management especially)
I also recommend making flash cards for Pharmacology!! This works if you make them yourself, pack them with you and study when you have free time..
Also, dont try to write down every single little thing your professor says in your notes, you need to pay close attention to key details, so write down the most important points! I tried to write everything and missed valuable info while doing so!
Lots of love and prayers to you for your Nursing school journey?
