For immigration you have to be a RN, Please take the time to check out the Philippines forum plenty of information there and experiences of nurses who have done their LPN training in the Philippines and learn't the hard way that they couldn't go through immigration to the US. There may be an exception if you married a US citizen

Also to add I doubt you will find many countries which will accept LPN immigration requirements will be RN

Licensure in the US is quite different from immigtration requirements. We do not have shortages of LPNs/LVNs; so there are no visas available for that role here. You must have graduated from a BSN program in your country to be able to qualify for the green card.

The two year ADN program that is appearing in your country is not acceptable for immigration purposes here either. And it also does not qualify for licensure as it is not the highest level of training in your country and Manila does not accept it for licensure there. That is a requirement of the US government.
