Talino 1,010 Posts Specializes in ER CCU MICU SICU LTC/SNF. Jan 15, 2018 Go to this thread PPS Tracking Form and see page 3, post #29. There is a downloadable file, though outdated, has a pretty good calculator. It opens with Instructions. Click on the bottom tab for the calculator.
