I am looking at post master's psych certificate programs. I'm focusing on programs that match students with preceptors. So far, I have Vanderbilt, Johns Hopkins, and VCU. Googling has proven more often than not the student is on their own. I am not going through that again especially in a specialty such as psych. Does anyone know of any other programs they can recommend? Thank you for your assistance.

I suggest you look at local schools in your area, as they are more likely to have local contacts for preceptors. In general, the top schools do find preceptors. Otherwise, contact the schools you are interested in to get information on how they find preceptors if you are not a local student.
I did check local schools. VCU is the only one within a 2 hour radius. Thank you for the thought though.

I loved my program and they set up preceptors. However, because I was only working PT my health insurance got cancelled and I could not afford the ACA. I'm now over 50 so healthcare was more pricey than tuition, so I had to leave the program.
