During one of my interviews the manager said "I'll offer you a job regardless" when I said I can only work part time (it was a full time position) and after the interview I asked when I'll hear back from someone and he said within the next few days so I was still iffy about whether I actually got the job. I heard back almost a week later and got offered a position. With my other job, it took the same amount of time and I asked the same question, she gave the same answer and I was a lot more uncertain about that one
Thanks so much for your reply! I guess all I can do is just wait and see. Do you think a good time to call back would be Tuesday seeing that she said I would hear by Monday at the latest? I also would like to send out my thank you letter to my interviewer I've never done it but I really appreciate everything she told me. Do you think this is a good idea? Do you have any experiences with those?

Yes, I would definitely call on Tuesday if you haven't heard anything. I would also send out a thank you note. I sent one out to both of the managers that interviewed me within a day after my interviews. People say that actual paper notes are better but everyone reads emails nowadays, I sent email thank yous. It doesn't have to be long, better to be sweet and to the point.
No she did not. She just told me that i would be hearing from them and she asked if i had anymore questions. I'm not sure if they do a tour at night. That's the only interview I've ever had that was at night. I didn't hear from them today so i called hr and she told me that the position hasn't been filled yet and that i was still in the running. Not sure how much longer it should take.
Sorry for the late reply! I don't get email notifications on time lol. No they didn't i haven't even heard back from HR yet. My application is still in "under review" status online and when i call the people who work in HR, they tell me that it shows a decision hasn't been made on their end. From the reviews I've read online people are divided on whether the pay is a pro or a con. I think it just depends on your experience and what you think good pay is. I don't think it could be too bad seeing that it's a hospital and it will be nights! Good luck in whatever you decide! :)
After being lied to that the recruiting manager and hr would get back to me and calling the recruiter that interviewed me, leaving a voicemail and not getting a returned call i finally received an email that they decided to go with someone else! i just wish they had kept me more in the loop than they did. I am still applying to other places throughout Novant health two applications are under review now!

Hi everyone! So I had an interview with Novant Health December 21st 2015 and I am now waiting to hear back from the company. I thought the interview went pretty good overall besides me being really nervous! Haha. She was talking to me as if the position was already mine until I asked her when I should wxpect to hear back from them and she said I should hear something by thursday or Monday. I thought the job was mine( we talked about nursing school challenges as well because I am a freshman nursing major at the school she graduated from this past spring and she gave me some really good advice and encouragement) until she said that. Do you guys think I will get the job? How long did it take for you to get your job offer? How would I know if they didn't choose me?
