  1. I really discourage you to drop out! you've come so far already to stop now. I know your boyfriend is concerned about daycare but I would check into home daycare's(after close review of course)because they are usually willing to work with you on a payments if you explain your situation. Hope everything works out for you!
  2. After being lied to that the recruiting manager and hr would get back to me and calling the recruiter that interviewed me, leaving a voicemail and not getting a returned call i finally received an email that they decided to go with someone else! i just wish they had kept me more in the loop than they did. I am still applying to other places throughout Novant health two applications are under review now!
  3. Sorry for the late reply! I don't get email notifications on time lol. No they didn't i haven't even heard back from HR yet. My application is still in "under review" status online and when i call the people who work in HR, they tell me that it shows a decision hasn't been made on their end. From the reviews I've read online people are divided on whether the pay is a pro or a con. I think it just depends on your experience and what you think good pay is. I don't think it could be too bad seeing that it's a hospital and it will be nights! Good luck in whatever you decide! :)
  4. No she did not. She just told me that i would be hearing from them and she asked if i had anymore questions. I'm not sure if they do a tour at night. That's the only interview I've ever had that was at night. I didn't hear from them today so i called hr and she told me that the position hasn't been filled yet and that i was still in the running. Not sure how much longer it should take.
  5. So, i didn't hear anything back from them yet and they closed Thursday at 3 pm for the Christmas holiday. I'm hoping i will get a call Monday i really want this job. *fingers crossed*
  6. Okay, I'll do that! I tried to email my interviewer but I got a return email saying it was an error and it was against policy to email them. I guess I'll send it by mail tomorrow. I'll give you an update as I get it, again thanks so much for your input!
  7. Thanks so much for your reply! I guess all I can do is just wait and see. Do you think a good time to call back would be Tuesday seeing that she said I would hear by Monday at the latest? I also would like to send out my thank you letter to my interviewer I've never done it but I really appreciate everything she told me. Do you think this is a good idea? Do you have any experiences with those?
  8. Hi everyone! So I had an interview with Novant Health December 21st 2015 and I am now waiting to hear back from the company. I thought the interview went pretty good overall besides me being really nervous! Haha. She was talking to me as if the position was already mine until I asked her when I should wxpect to hear back from them and she said I should hear something by thursday or Monday. I thought the job was mine( we talked about nursing school challenges as well because I am a freshman nursing major at the school she graduated from this past spring and she gave me some really good advice and encouragement) until she said that. Do you guys think I will get the job? How long did it take for you to get your job offer? How would I know if they didn't choose me?
