Hi,
I am applying to some ASN (RN) programs and I have completed a BA degree already. Are post BA RNs treated as BSNs in regards to job offers and salary?
I know it is possible to do an accelerated BSN or BSN/MSN program, but I am thinking of going the ASN route for now because of its affordability.
Thanks!

Unfortunately a BA in an unrelated field + ASN does not equal a BSN

I've known ADN with BS degree and no they were not treated like BSNs. If you live in a market that favors BSNs, get a BSN. I hate to say it but your previous degree will not help you at all.
