If you already have a master's degree, why shouldn't you be able to start a DNP program?

There are programs from BSN to DNP. So one can be accepted without MSN.
Depending on the program you are applying, it will determine if you can be admitted without MSN.

I am doing a lot of my practicum hours in preparation of my DNP. I have to apply for the DNP after I finish (or in last semester) of MSN.

Yes. I applied for mine a year before I finish my graduate studies and got a conditional acceptance providing I graduate with 3.0 GPA as minimum acceptance for DNP.
which school is that???
Touro University Nevada
Thank you so much! I will look into it. How are you liking the program?
Great program.
