Positive UDS but not diverting-anyone able to have the BON be in their favor?

Has anyone had a positive UDS but really was not diverting & was able to prove to the board that the accusations were false? 
 

im not even sure if I said that right. 
 

but does anyone have any positive stories?

I'm assuming you were taking something not prescribed to you? Honestly the nursing board will probably look at it in the same way as if you were diverting. Get a lawyer, don't talk to anyone. Protect yourself asap
