Population specific implementations

Hi to all the Nurses,

I would like to know if the hospital/unit you work in has implemented population specifc implementations. The population can be culture, age, or disease specific.

I think I might need to be more specific. For example, a population of intubated/trach patients, you implement on your unit to have erase boards available in order for the patient to communicate. Any kind of unit project in which it was specific to a population, either by age, gender, disease, culture, etc.

Not sure if I'm making any sense.
