popping and squeezing boils

please tell me I'm not the only one who has done this...I feel bad about it now but when I worked in prison I squeezed boils on several occasions. I would not do this now. and also worry if I caused long term harm to the patient. I would hate to lose my license for doing something so stupid.

Hey, at least we not like the cyst poppers on YouTube who pop cysts bare handed, no gloves, and seem to want to do it in their kitchen for some reason...right? We're not, right?

BTW, I love the ones they film in the ER where you can hear the doc getting ready to pop the cyst say, "this isn't going to end up on YouTube, is it?" and the person's saying, "Naw, I'm just filming it so he can see what it looked like...."

Oh I just love the juicy ones....but I do contain myself at work. Anyone see the Dr. Oz show last year when he had a big old simulated zit and showed how to "properly" pop? Exciting TV I tell you!
