Policies/Standardized procedures/protocols

I'm new to this site and was looking for some guidance.

I'm a ACNP student with a focus in cardiology. One of my assignments is to come up with a standardized procedure or policy. I would like to focus on CHF or Nuclear Stress Testing, supervising stress treadmills . . .

Does anyone have a good resource for finding sample policies/protocols/standardized procedures?

You're going to have to go surfing. Do a search of a specific procedure or policy, such as "Cardiac Stress Test" and tack on the words "policy" or "procedure" and see what comes up. Based on what you get you will learn if there's a better wording to use to conduct the search. Then, you just have to read the items that come up. Some of the larger hospitals do put some of their policies and procedures on the Internet, but it is not predictable. Some will have policies posted for one and only one department, but no others. It's odd. Another idea is to search for something like a "nuclear medicine handbook" or a "cardiology rehab policy manual". Happy hunting.
