Hey, all you Point Click Care users. Curious how you track residents' bowel movements?

Look under "reports".

Where I worked with point click care it popped up as an alert if anyone had been 72hrs without one charted or with only a small charted, and we also looked in reports.

You can find this information by going to  

Reports 

Follow up question report  

Task (6th down on the list) Select the magnifying glass.  

Choose-   Select Tasks using Task Library ( the 2nd option) 

Select library: you need to select PCC daily Care Tasks  

Select B&B - Bowel Elimination (*AR*) 

You can then choose from the following  

Continence Bowel 

Consistency of BM: 

Size of BM: 

Number of BM's: 

** Personally I select the BM number first and then I run the report a second time using Size to be sure they are adequate.*** 

Change your dates as desired.  

Run report  

This will generate all residents on one list. If you want a specific resident just select the name of only that resident.
