Hey, I am 27 years old nurse. I have just started work in rotating nurse team, who goes to different wards day by day.
Today I was assigned to respiratory ward for the first time.
Today I took care of 4 pneumonia patients and during the shift already I felt little bit of fever myself.
After work at 10pm, I visited bar with my coworker and drank one shot and walked home and it was heavy to walk because I had symptoms of fever, headache and back pain.
Now when I try to sleep, I have strong neck and upper back pain and fever, headache.
Is it possible these symptoms can be pneumonia?
but I do not have cough otherwise, which is most common symptoms of pneumpnia.
And is it possible that there can be no intubation time? like I got virus /bacteria in the morning and symptoms come directly after few hours?
I am thinking to go to see the doctor as soon as possible bit I am just worried so I leave question here
