It is going to take you longer to study for the LPN in the Philippines than it should take you to get the visa for the US. There are many issues with the programs over there, at least from the standpoint in the US. First, that training is not even recognized by the Philippine government for licensure. And then since things are done quite differently over there from the US, you would be better off just training over here to start off with.
It is going to be months before you will be able to work when you arrive in the US, it is not going to be something that you will be able to do right away.
It will be much easier for you to do all of the training here in the US.
