PMHNP at Anderson University

[Psych BSN, RN]

Hello! Does anyone have any experience with Anderson University in South Carolina? They are fairly new to PMHNP (2015 or 2016) and I am unable to find anyone that has or is attending the program. I've been accepted into Maryville University (all online) but Anderson is a FT program vs PT and costs about $13k less. Any insight is appreciated!

The faith based approach as well as the cost/clinical hours really attracts me to this program. I just want to make sure I can complete it well with my current work commitments.

Hi John,

We had five or so classes per semester. They have changed the sequencing of courses and some course names a bit. They have their courses listed on their website.

Can anyone elaborate on what the classes are like? Test, quizzes, papers, etc...? Online it states the program is 15 months, how long is each semester? Also how many times are you required to go to campus?
