REFERENCES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST

Hello, First you should add a bit more to your objective, like what kind of acute setting are you looking for and if there is any experience in any particular setting you should add that to it. The reference part I usually don't place that in the resume so instead you should get maybe a recommendation letter from a former instructor in the area in which you did better in nursing school and also former or current supervisors that shows you are reliable and a great asset and that should give you more of an edge if you do not have nursing experience. Also look for hospitals that have an entry nursing program in which they will train you in different areas of the hospital setting and that will give you an idea of which areas you can excel the most. Good luck to you.

One thing noticed is very little marketable value being offered. To give an idea, I took the liberty to fill the pieces with some generic fluff to show the resume's structure. Be sure to go over the personal branding statement (below the "Service-oriented Registered Nurse"), Professional profile, Skill Highlights, and Clinical Experience. What you see there should give you some ideas.

Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to tailor the resume with your personal traits and skills that'll make you marketable to an Acute Care employer. Identify your clinicals and see what transferrable skills are there that'll apply to Acute care and word your clinical bullet points that way.

I trimed down your "Additional Work Experience" so there'll be room for your clinicals. Be sure to identify what skills you acquired that either apply directly to acute care or is tranferable to it. Whenever possible, use the buzzwords in the job description to use, but be truthful.
