Is the rio grande Hesi SP different than Hesi A2? i want to study the right things! Please help!

Are you talking about for an entrance exam? I thought the HESI SP was the test people sometimes have to take after certain semesters of a nursing program. If that is your case, your school should be able to let you know the proper study materials. If this is an entrance exam, you should call your school's testing center for verification and I'm sure they will be able to direct you to the appropriate guides.

So was it an ex trance for their RN program or for the LPN to RN? How dud you do? I'm taking the Hesi for their LPN to RN program and would like to know.
