Please help - PND programs in Canada

Hi

I am interested in applying for a PND (practical nursing diploma) program in one of the Institutes in Canada. I have always been Interested in being a nurse however I really don't know much about the profitability of the job so I would like to know how much the average LPN is paid (Hourly , Monthly or Yearly). Also , I am still having some problems making up my mind on what Canadian institute to attend, So I would appreciate if anyone can suggest a good Uni / College that offers the best PND program in Canada.

    You might want to change the title of this thread. I had no idea of what a "PND" was.

    Where did you finish high school? In Canada or overseas. Grade 12 completion usually covers the basic education required.

    Which province are you living in for educational purposes?

    Which province do you plan on working in?

    Have you looked at any of your local hospital or health authority websites? Mine gives an outline of what an LPN does in the hospital and then on the postings page it gives you the salary range.

    So tell us where you have been looking and at what.
