PLEASE HELP ME to register at pearson vue

I can't register at pearsonvue.com. Im an international graduate from the Philippines so I cant go ahead after answering the questions part which is before the payment. :( how is that?

    If its about the program code? just write Philippines leave the city blank, then the code will appear... hope it helps... goodluck!!! :-)
