I need homework help pretty please. Im in my 2nd week of nursing school and we are learning about NANDA and making diagnosis.
The question is:
Write a possible nusing diagnosis based upon the following situation:
A 52 year old patientis admitted after episodes of severe vomiting.
Thats it...I feel like I dont have enough information. Or am I overthinking this? Can anyone help please:crying2:

then, give it your special attention. i was horrible at ivs as a new grad. i gave it special attention and over time i got very good at it. this is doable. the only one that is going to hold you back is you. you need some positive affirmation. it's too bad i can't be at your side physically. after i got hold of you, you'd be loving this stuff and seeing how uncomplicated it really is. i've been doing it for years and i could show you so much more one-on-one. get nursing care planning made incredibly easy and a copy of taber's cyclopedic medical dictionary which has the nanda taxonomy in the back of it if you don't already have one (or just buy nanda international nursing diagnoses: definitions and classifications 2009-2011). you'll be ready to write care plans and diagnose.
