The first two pages of the printable application explain the endorsement process and requirements: http://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/nursing/endor_app.pdf
I didn't endorse to NJ but I did recently get my initial license here, and endorsed to PA.
You should submit your application and complete the nursys thing. I believe nursys sends a document to the BON, so I wouldn't think including a receipt is necessary.
Send your application with the $200 fee. They will make you wait a bit, and eventually you will get a paper in the mail with the fingerprinting info. It directs you to sign up on the morpho track website, and you pay the $67 fee on their site and set up an appointment. Then you wait some more. I'm not sure about the timeframe... I'd guess at least a month after they receive everything since NJ BON is slow.

hello fellow nurses my name is Avelino. and i just passed my board. wooohh thank God.anyway now my questions...
I am a NY RN license buy I am planning to apply for NJ license. When should I fill up the forms on nursys for verification? should i send my application to BON NJ and then wait a couple days and do the license verification with nursys? or should i verify with the nursys and send a copy of the receipt along with my application or endorsement to BON NJ?
When should i send the payment of 67.00 for the fingerprint fee? because on the application it says I should send it with the 200.00 application fee. but on the other page of application it says that it should be paid at the time or fingerprinting.? and how would I know when I am going to Morpho Trak to get my fingerprinting done?
How long does it usually take for this whole endorsement process? Thank you so much for your time
