Please help before I rip my hair out...

How do I change semesters in MyMav? I'm trying to enroll in courses for the summer and it says I have to click on the semester and hit "change" but I'm totally not seeing that. I can look up the course and see it's availability, but there is no prompt to add it to my cart and actually sign up for it. I'm at my wits end!

Once you hit search for class tab and select you subject there is a small magnifying glass at the top just click on it and that will allow you to Change term

I have done that and changed the term to Summer, but once I find the class I want, there is no option to add it to my cart or to enroll in it...

That means the class is full

True - if you click on the section number you can look and see if the class if full if you are unsure but usually means it is full unfortunately!

The classes aren't full...I was able to check that.

From e-mailing my adviser, apparently I have to call admissions to let them grant me access to the summer/fall coursework?! I also had to have my adviser "unlock" courses for me for the spring...doesn't that defeat the purpose of registering online? Ugh.

So, phone call to UTA tomorrow it is!

Thanks for posting what your advisor said. I am having the same problem. The class says it is only half full, but I can't add it to my cart. I was fixing to email my advisor and ask why this was happening. I still need to email her so I can register, but at least I know what the problem is. I was starting to panick because I was planning on being done in Oct but classess offered in Dec were the only ones I could add to my cart!
