Please excuse the nature of this question: upcoming tests

Hi Nurses,

I have been asked to do a few tests by my doctor: once includes a endoscopy, the other ultrasound guided aspiration, ct scan of lungs and abdomen, and if not conclusive, laparoscopic biopsy.

Can you'll please tell me for which one of these will l I lose my privacy/dignity. Can I wear my underwear during these tests ?

I have never been cut, so kind of nervous about this and also of the needles, anesthesia etc. I didn't feel comfortable asking the doctor the above questions.

As your doctor will be the one either performing the tests or referring you to a provider who will be doing the tests, these are questions you should be asking of your care team. They will have the most accurate information for your procedure(s).
