Please define "burn out"

I don't know if I am or not.

This all makes sense. Time for a change for me. Plan on going to see the manager tomorrow. She has "taken" me off the schedule until I meet w/ her. Which means either 2 things.........I will be terminated or suspended or disciplined in some other way.

Either way, it's not all bad. I would much rather make my own choices but a force change? Might not be all bad.
