I graduated with BSN last month. It's really diffcult to find a hospital job in CA. I applied many new grad positions. Because I don't have any acute experience. No response at all even no phone call. I don't know what's wrong with my resume. Any input appreciated!

There are some format and grammar issues with your resume. There are many resume templates available online, just google it. I use microsoft office. Follow the link, type "resume" in the search box and it will take you to resume templates that you can download and just fill in your information. You can also get a professional resume writer or someone who works in HR could probably give you sample resumes of some good ones they have seen. I would also leave off the job descriptions. It seems like your education and experience are being overlooked due to a poorly crafted resume. Good luck!
