HI Everyone,
I've been doing a lot of research on this and have finally decided my resume is ready to be critiqued.
A little background about me: I graduated with a BSN on March 2011 at a Univeristy in the Philippines. I had some issues on my application for California which caused my delay on taking the exam. I finally decided to apply at a different state wherein my mom resides. I recently passed the NCLEX last month, August 2013. Gosh, what a relief and an accomplishment. That exam was definitely a challenging one.
I absolutely love being a nurse and it has been my dream to be able to practice and at the same time further my education and get into nursing research. I have such a burning passion and a drive for it.
The path towards getting my license has been a rough one but I'm here now and I'm almost to my goal. I know that it wont be easy especially because I've been out of school for two years but maybe my experience would compensate.
Anyways, here is my resume. Any comments/suggestions will be greatly appreciated!! :)

I think it looks great. I think better to use full terms instead of abbreviations. Ex. Delivery room instead of DR. For first hospital nursing experience specify the wards you worked. Don't have to include first aid certification or knowledge of microsoft applications. Emphasize what you did in OR and ACLS certification.
