yesterday a coworker offered to look over my resume. she said i should reduce the amount of job description i have provided and leave the recruiter wanting to know more so they will call me for an interview. here is a copy of my original resume. have i provided too much or too little information? is it too "boring" or are resumes in general going to be boring as it is just listing the information? what would you do to improve this?

Just think "Simple". If I was reading 100+ resumes, I want to be able to look at a single sheet of paper and within 30 seconds figure out if a person is qualified for the job. I agree with starting over on yours. Maybe hire a professional service for some help.
-Take out "Offering" section and Objective.
-Don't list what high school you went to - not important for nursing job.
-Instead of "License" as a heading, I would use "Licensure". I would also put that section above Education.
-Make your descriptions of your jobs much, much simpler. I wouldn't go over 2-3 descriptive statements of your job.
-I would completely remove the "nursing school experience" section. Nothing in it is anything different than what anyone else did in nursing school, and it's just making your resume look more cluttered.

No response from the original poster? How rude.
Well I hope others are learning from the OP's mistakes.
