Please advice.

Before I talk to my manager at work, I just want to talk to you guys and see if i'm doing everything right.

As most of you know, I have been working in my hospital only for a few months. Therefore, not eligible for FMLA or PTO yet. But..... i really have to go home this summer. Also i don't want to lose this job.

What should I do? How do i need to ask and what do i say to the manager, so they let me go for at least six weeks?

Please, give me some advice, i really need it.

You didn't say anyhting to them before you started the job? I thought that you were going to do that.

It is very difficult to get time off during the summer months, as a newbie..

That time off usually goes to those with the most seniority. You may be able to swing three weeks, or so, but six weeks is going to be quite hard, if you did not already get it approved before you started. Best bet is to just speak to your manager, the sooner that you do it, the better.

If i tell them that i have an emergency situation and have to leave without pay for six weeks... they must let me go, right? Or can they just say-no?

What are the policies on emergensy leave? I don't know my rights and don't want to get fooled by them or fired. They lied to me alreday in the past.

For emergency leave, you must submit proof. And it is still up to them to grant it or not. You will have a much better chance of getting it approved, if you wait until the kids return to school in the fall, such as late September. But for the summer? You have a strong chance of not getting it approved, alomost 100% guaranteed that it will not be approved for that period of time. I would not chance it. And especially for six weeks during high season?

That is great news, you are one of the lucky ones. It usually does not happen in many cases.
