Platform for Patient Appointment Reminders?

Hi everyone, I'm looking into better ways to handle patient appointment reminders for our clinic. We've been thinking about using a healthcare platform that automates the process, like sending out reminders via text. I've tried Q-Reviews, and it worked really well for us. Has anyone here used a platform that does this for you?
