I passed my california nclex exam and in need to transfer it to vermont or texas since its going to be expired. my question 1. do you heard about nclex fast track since it was suggested to me by an agency in the philippines? 2. which is better texas or vermont? thank you so much!:)
is anyone of you heard nclex fast track of PNI? Is it okay? and do you trust this?

Do you have a license or is it because you have no US SSN?
If it is because you have no US SSN then I think you will find Vermont now requires a US SSN and really you have no license to endorse so have to go the Application by exam and arrange for CA to forward NCLEX results
I dont have social security number.. maybe,I'll better try texas what do you think?:)

I do not know if this makes a difference, but on the TX BON website, it state:
Applicants must have a valid US Social Security Number.
Whether or not you need to provide a SSN in order to receive your license, I do not know. Best bet is to call anonymously and ask.
