Planning to take NCLEX without Hospital Experience

Hi I just need an advice from you guys. I am a Registered Nurse in the Philippines. I recently saw a post on jobstreet that Health Carousel is looking for RN's to work in the US with or without experience as long as you passed the NCLEX and IELTS. Should I go for it? or do I need to have atleast 1 year hospital experience? Does the hospitals in the US hire international nurses even without hospital experience as long as you pass the NCLEX and IELTS? Please enlighten me. TIA!

What work visa are they going to apply for You? If EB3 then you are currently looking at a 3 year wait so would be better to try and gain experience whilst waiting. H1B is a skilled visa so as someone with little experience the chance of obtaining one is low

Silverdragon is right. Based on recent visa bulletins, there is a 3-year wait for EB3 and while waiting you will be advised to get hospital experience. NCLEX pass is just the preliminary step for Health Carousel to start the petition. The petition is quite a long process and so gaining clinical experience can follow.
