Planning to quit my CNA job!

Published

I'm planning to quit my CNA job of less than a year.... I just couldn't stand the dramas of my CNA coworker anymore who's acting like a boss with the shouting and whining... I feel like I'm back in Elementary..... Geez! It's not worth the pay and stress being under staffed at times too.... I really love my job, and I love the residents.... I know I will also miss some of the Nurses and other Aides that I've been friends with. But, I have to do this. This job is gonna kill me! Hahaha....

My question is, I will give 2 weeks notice.. Will I be able to use at least maybe 2 days of my PDO?

Your question is one that only the facility can answer.

I had my PTO cashed out to me when I resigned from a nursing assistant job that I only spent 5 months on.
