Planning a move to Colorado

Hey there nurses, I am a nurse on a Cardiac IMU in Houston.  I am planning on moving to Colorado with my wife and daughter and we are giving ourselves 2 years to prepare.  We will be visiting Colorado next month and I wanted to ask you brilliant men and women about suggestions for any hospitals to consider applying for.  For those that might work in Colorado, what are some of the pros and cons about where you work?  I work at a Magnet certified hospital and do appreciate the level of expertise that seems to come with it.  At some point I will want to return to school for my master's and have UCHealth Aurora on my list.  Anyways I appreciate any feedback;  thanks nurses!
