i just wanted to share the placentia-linda hospital versant new grad application qualifications, i've seen people asking about it. they just posted this week i believe and the deadline is april 16, 2011. goodluck to all applying :)

all below requirements must be met / attached with your application.
if any of these requirements are not met / attached, your application will not be considered for the program.
current ca registered nurse license (prior to june 13th).
current bls provider/cpr card through american heart association or american red cross.
bsn degree preferred.
attach 3 letters of recommendation (2 professional, 1 personal)
attach proof of a 3.2 gpa or higher from nursing school.
attach 2 essays (1 to 2 pages in length for each essay, 1 inch margins, 12 font, single space)

[*]commitment to 18 week program (no eligibility of vacation during residency).
[*]demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the unit.

I got a call back!!! and had my second interview with them yesterday, I think it went well... Now im waiting for a call back for the Panel interview, nothing yet but fingers crossed!!! good luck to everyone who got a call back and for those who didn't Keep on going strong there is always something out their.
