You can always do a fellowship? It's for nurses who have been working for more than a year inpatient. And you might not have to compete with new grads but internals. Doubt it's that competitive.

Yea, definitely weighing my options. I am just crusing right now, I will definitely consider it when I get to 6 months, I do think it will be easier to find a job now that I have one....Hopefully haha
