I've had this happen to me with LA County hospitals and the one time this happened to me, they said to withdraw it so that the data from your application is gone. So withdraw it and then resubmit it is my opinion! If you still have issues with it, I'd call HR

I also got the questionnaire from PIH Whittier. I haven't heard from Downey.

Just got it as well!! I didn't know the application for Whittier is still open, so I'm going to apply there as well

Does anybody know what the process is for this program? Do you get an email to set up an interview date or should we expect to get a call after submitting the questionnaire?

This is my first time applying to PIH Health hospitals, so I'm clueless on how their process works. I've seen some on here from last year's cohort get a call, while others get an email. So I would just look out for both a call and an email
