Hello Ashely,

I am currently doing the application. But I don't want to just submit it just yet because I only added my resume. But are there any documents that need to be submitted (letters of rec, cover letter, etc)? It doesn't say on the website.

From what I saw, the only units/options open for new grads currently are these three:

DOU

Med/Surg

Float

Submit your resume, and then in another document add everything else. I added my letters of rec, cover letter, and proof of ACLS & BLS.

After you submit the initial application, another form opens up for you to add additional information including your ability to work in the US, education history, work history, certifications, etc. If you don't get this 2nd form immediately after the initial one, PIH sends you an email titled "Further Action May Be Required" to make sure it's completed.

Hello,

Hope everyone's week is going good! I wanted to ask for some advice! I just realized I submitted my cover letter that was previously used for Whittier hospital (which specifically stated and mentioned its name and location in the cover letter). Should I withdraw my application and resubmit it or should I just click "GDPR Opt Out" as it says it would completely delete all my of data that the Whittier system has on me.

I've had this happen to me with LA County hospitals and the one time this happened to me, they said to withdraw it so that the data from your application is gone. So withdraw it and then resubmit it is my opinion! If you still have issues with it, I'd call HR

Hi, did you do it and were you able to reapply? because I'm thinking of resubmitting a revised copy of my resume.

Hi, I have yet done anything about it. I plan on calling HR tomorrow asking about it.

Also, I just got an email from PIH Whittier asking to fill out the questionnaire. Did anyone get it?
