PICO question help

I am trying to put together my first PICO question and I am not quite getting it right. Here are the ideas in my head. I am wanting to find out if the risks of not getting the MMR vaccine outweigh the benefits and if the vaccine causes autism. Can you please help me put this in one sentence, properly?

You are missing a specific target patient population.. but would assume you would be targeting kids at their first recommended MMR vaccination. MMR is normally given at 1 year of age.

so something like --- In children 1 year or older, does receiving an MMR vaccination (compared to not receiving it) increase the chances of developing autism?

There are several different ways this question could be asked depending on the specific question you are attempting to answer.

Best of luck.

thanks! yes I actually forgot to write the population part in my message, but I did have it on paper. This is frustrating bc I am not getting graded and have LOT's of studying to get back to. I truly appreciate the time you took to help me.

I would find another topic. That whole vaccine/ autism thing has been so thoroughly debunked now it's not really going to be worth your while. trust me on this one.
